For more than 10 years, Nars has been a Mathematics teacher. He's been performing at family events and reunion all his life. Being in this competition gave him an opportunity to pursue his new passion and that is to sing. He is enjoying every part of this journey.

2ND PLACER

She is happily married with 4 sons and living in Chinchilla. She is working as a Restaurant General Manager at McDonald’s. Her love for singing motivated her to join this competition even if it’s a long way from home. She is dedicated to show her talent to the community because she wants to encourage others who have the same passion as her - to not give up on their dreams and to keep their dreams alive.

3RD PLACER

Enisa’s passion is singing and she has performed several times at school events. Joining the competition is the first step of achieving her goal of becoming an successful artist.

Shane, a Canadian with a Filipino heart, is an electrician who finds solace in singing, especially with his wife. 

Carein, a professional Hair and Makeup Artist, founded A.L. 4 Beauty to enhance women's confidence. 

Their shared passion motivates them to join a singing competition, aiming to conquer stage fright and challenge stereotypes about multicultural singers. They hope to inspire others and show the power of shared passions in relationships.

PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD

Charles is Geologist that recently moved in Australia, currently a post-graduate student at University of Queensland. His admiration for famous artists challenged him to join the competition since he is trying to explore here. If given a chance to win this competition, he will treasure this whole experience since this is his first singing contest.

ASPIRING ARTIST

Ashley is the youngest competitor in this contest, aged 10 and currently a Grade 5 student. She wants to join this competition to help boost her confidence, to sing in front of an audience and have fun doing what she loves most.

Elena’s greatest passion in life is to sing on stage. After experiencing a life and death situation, participating in this competition is a dream come true and thanking QFAAA who inspire her to fulfill her dream and wishes to sing on stage in front of the audience.

Marjorie is a lady who loves music. She joined the Danzing Stars Competition not only for winning, but to showcase her talent to the audience. Although winning may sound better, she would like to have fun and enjoy every moments in meeting new people to keep her motivated. She thank QFAAA for support getting her through this experience.

According to Mia, singing has been her passion since she was 7. But being naturally shy, she kept this passion hidden from everyone. She joined this competition to gain experience and to help overcome her shyness - especially when performing. She considers her parents to be the greatest influence and appreciates everything that her parents have done for her, so she dedicates the best of her performance to them.

MOST ENTERTAINING AWARD

Ram was raised by family of singers. The greatest influence that stirred up his passion for singing, was his grandmother’s radio cassette tapes. At a certain age his voice changed and stopped him from singing for almost 10 years under depression. The QFAAA competition gave him an opportunity as an eldest and the bread winner of 14 siblings to put himself into the songs he sings and for his voice to be heard.

2ND PLACER

Jand Ablang is a Childcare Educator here in Brisbane. This moment is very important to him for he hasn’t been performing for many years for this competition awakened his passion for singing. Joining this competition is very important for him because ever since he started joining singing competitions - he never had the best of luck to be the Grand Champion. This time, he wants to prove to himself that he can win this competition with hard work and putting his heart in his performance.

3RD PLACER

Juliana is a Filipina, zealous in singing. As a granddaughter of a pastor, she started using her God-given talent in church at a very young age. She has been engaged in many workshops and well-known local competitions in the Philippines. Being in a competition outside the Philippines, Juliana is grateful to be part of this competition as it is a platform for her to share what God has given and overall bringing glory to His Name as she wins this competition.

WILD CARD AWARD

Shania’s greatest influence and mentor in life is her mother. She joined this competition to develop her confidence and to challenge herself competing in a singing contest, accentuating the genre of opera.

MOST PROMISING AWARD

Gladys is a Bachelor Degree holder in Music for it's the drive of her heart. She started singing since she was 5 years old and has been in a lot singing competitions in school. She was born to become an artist; by showcasing her voice and proving that she can achieve greater things. Winning this competition is solely dedicated for her dad that had passed away and is a huge step in her career for becoming a well-known artist in Australia.

SEASONED ARTIST

Blue Butterflies is a huge fan of the Philippines’ Mega-Star “Sharon Cuneta”, Nora Jones and Freestyle. She has been living in Australia for over 3years now. She loves to sing, preferably mellow songs. For her, this competition is to share to other people what she’s got and to give entertainment to those who love listening to music.

SEASONED ARTIST

Juliet started to join a lot of singing contests at different radio stations in San Fernando, LA Union at very young age. She realized her passion for singing since then. The moment she arrived in Australia, she started singing in different competitions all around Brisbane. Juliet joined this competition because she wanted to be a role model to her fellow seniors. She wants inspire them never lose sight of their passion in pursuing dreams, regardless of their age.
